i hope you're all dancing hard in the new year. :) i had a question about SHOULDER SHIMMIES.
i've never been good at them. i normally say it's because i have huge breasts (L cup raise the roof?) and sometimes arm/shoulder work hurts because of the way my bra straps dig in when i try to do shoulder shimmier or shoulder rotations. but! i'm wondering now if shoulder shimmies are a trick, like hip shimmies... you know? how hip shimmies result in the hip moving but the movement starts in your knees?
so uh... when you shimmy your shoulder, where does the movement start? i'm starting to think i've just been doing it wrong!
